This firm has its root when CA Milind Kshirsagar started his practice as a young and dynamic professional in the year 1989 in individual name. This was the time when India was just opening to the new era of global accounting and tax practices. Computerisations of process, world of virtual reality were the buzz words. We took these currents as challenges and never considered them as bete noire.

The famous Albert Einstein saying that “In the middle of every difficulty comes an opportunity” is followed in verbatim by us – even today. In September 2007, CA Milind Kshirsagar became a partner and a Pune branch-in-charge of Wagh Kshirsagar & Co, Chartered Accountants having its head office in Jalgaon, Northern Maharashtra.

Effective from April 2011, CA Milind Kshirsagar was joined by CA Ankur Kulkarni, an another young, brilliant and gen-next professional to make the team further professional. Today our firm possesses domain expert abilities in the form of direct tax expert, indirect tax expert, corporate audit and consultation, corporate law consultation, Intellectual Property Rights [IPR] advice, banking laws – advisory and audit, information system audit and international tax advice.
